Lift Specialist

The Lift Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all crane and hoisting operations to ensure lifts are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and project requirements.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan and direct daily lifting operations.
+ Review lift plans, crane setup, load weights, and rigging requirements.
+ Conduct pre-lift meetings with crane operators, riggers, and field personnel.
+ Ensure all crane inspections, certifications, and safety requirements are current.
+ Monitor site conditions and stop work when unsafe conditions exist.
+ Coordinate lifting activities with project supervision and field teams.
+ Maintain proper documentation related to lift operations and safety.

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lift Specialist or in a similar role.
