Job Description

• can finish the whole lift installation independently
• can teach and lead team members to finish the whole lift installation
• In-charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions
• Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervise and evaluate staff complete employee reviews keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets provide positive direction to motivate quality performance discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate

Requirements

• Possess at least an ITE Certificate / Diploma in Engineering / Construction / BCSS or equivalent
• Preferably with 4 to 5 years' working ...
