We are seeking a Light Team Department Manager to leadlighting operations in a 24/7 live studio environment, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional production quality. You will shape departmental policies, collaborate closely with production teams, guide senior technicians, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain up-to-date equipment records while staying aligned with current industry trends.

Develop, implement, and refine departmental policies,
procedures, and best practices to maintain high operational
standards.
