THIS POSITION REQUIRES THAT THE CANDIDATE HAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN LICENSE AND BE CERTIFIED IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA.
A Lighting Specialist is a professional responsible for evaluating and designing NEC lighting solutions for outdoor settings, including residential, commercial and industrial customers. Expertise in lighting technology, design principles, and energy efficiency are desirable.
Responsibilities: Internal Partner and Vendor Consultation: Collaborate with Lighting Services Sales, NEC Lighting Construction Coordinators, Lighting Services NESC engineers, APC Power Delivery partners, ALDOT, outside engineering firms, architects, lighting vendors, and contractors to provide support in developing pricing for lighting proposals and design prints and material lists for construction after successful sales.
