LIKEE - Agency/Host Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies in live streaming services.
• Collaborate with agencies to understand their needs, goals, and budgets.
• Monitor agency performance and address issues or concerns constructively to maintain high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and performance.
• Proactively reach out to potential agencies, promote company services, and establish new partnerships to expand the customer base.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Urdu & English as working languages; relevant industry work experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong service mindset and accountability.
• Good understanding and communication skills.
