**Job Title: Line Attendant – 3rd Shift**
**Job Description**
The Line Attendant supports machine operators on a cheese production line by loading cheese blocks onto conveyors, feeding them into shredding equipment, and packaging shredded cheese into labeled boxes ready for palletizing. This role involves consistent lifting, careful visual inspection of product quality, and adherence to food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a cool, clean production environment on the overnight shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load cheese blocks onto conveyors and feed them into the cheese shredding machine in a steady and efficient manner.
+ Perform thorough visual inspections of cheese blocks to ensure no plastic or foreign material remains before shredding.
+ Use sharp tools safely to remove plastic from cheese blocks prior to processing.
