• Prepare and cook a variety of Korean dishes (grilled, stir-fried, soups, stews, side dishes, etc.) following established recipes and standards.
• Assist in daily kitchen preparation, including cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Maintain proper inventory of ingredients and report shortages or damages.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours with efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Clean and maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils after use.
