We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and food preparation, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to our kitchen.
Duties Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workstation Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages Skills Experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices Familiarity with food safety regulations Ability to work well in a team setting Excellent knife skills for food preparation Strong understanding of various cooking methods and techniques Previous experience in catering or food industry is a plus Restaurant Experience i...
