Job Description

We are looking for a talented Line Human Resources Administrator to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Distribution Business Segment in Accra, Ghana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • OneSource (oracle) database integrity maintenance .

  • Data Collection, Capture and Filing

  • Data Verification and Compliance

  • Reporting-Audit, Headcount

  • Improvement Efforts, Take on special projects where necessary.

  • Ability to handle private information

    • To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management /Management or related discipline.

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Administration required

  • Experience in working with data systems (Oracle)

  • Microsoft Application – Excel, Word and PowerPoint – essential
