Finishing Line Leader - Chattanooga

Shift: 1st or 2nd shift

Summary:

The Finishing Line Leader position overseeing a production line, trains and directs the finishing personnel and coordinates the work flow to achieve plant goals in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost and Productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide new hire training, cross training and follow up training to finishing personnel.
