Line Mechanic Auxiliary Works and Switching

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Line Mechanic who will specialise in auxiliary works to join our experienced team at Northpower. In this role, you’ll carry out auxiliary network tasks across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions which includes stand overs, close approach consents, safety disconnections, and third-party switching. You’ll also support our line crews with the construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground electricity networks. Every day is different, and your work will directly contribute to keeping our communities safely connected.
