Supervising Associate – Listening Consultant

The Supervising Associate – Listening Consultant (Business Analyst) supports Workforce Insights by generating structured, scalable insights across Workforce Insights client groups, including Service Lines, Industry Groups, Sectors, Offices, and Accounts. This role focuses on developing reporting, templates, and analysis that enable deeper understanding of employee experience trends and prepare materials to support consultations. The role participates in client meetings as part of the broader Workforce Insights team but does not independently lead consultations or own client relationships. It serves as a critical enabler of insight generation, reporting consistency, and consultation readiness.
