LIT Program Counselor at Camp

Lead and inspire youth this summer as a LIT Counselor in our dynamic camp program. Focus on creating engaging, leadership-building experiences for 13-year-old campers in a nurturing environment.
We are seeking two LIT Counselors to manage our Woodsmen and Mohawks cabins. You will work directly with campers to foster teamwork and build self-esteem through robust leadership activities. Supporting the LIT Coordinator, your focus will be on ensuring a memorable and enriching summer for all participants, prioritizing safety and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging LIT programs tailored to camper needs
• Supervise and ensure safety for all campers in your cabins
• Maintain consistent communication with staff regarding LIT assistance
• Oversee daily routines, including hygiene and mealtimes
• Complete required reports, evaluations, and lesson plans on time
