Aberdare Community School is seeking to appoint a passionate, committed and reflective Literacy Teaching Assistant (Grade 6) to join our inclusive and ambitious staff team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is dedicated to improving learners’ literacy skills and supporting them to access the curriculum successfully. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering targeted literacy interventions, working with individuals and small groups to develop reading, writing and communication skills that underpin success across all areas of learning and life.
