Responsibilities and Duties .
- Handle property transfers and all related conveyancing tasks
- Manage and litigate disputes related to conveyancing
- Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters
- Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on property matters.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
