Handle substantive work on complex commercial litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation-related documents

Manage fact investigation, legal research, and case analysis

Participate in depositions, court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

Work on insurance coverage and bad faith matters, depending on experience

Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on litigation strategy and client service

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal team members

Take increasing ownership of matters as skills and experience grow
Qualifications
Active California Bar admission required

Substantive litigation experience required
