Litigation Attorney (Recoveries)

A highly respected and fast-growing law firm is seeking to appoint a strong Litigation Attorney to join their expanding Recoveries division.

Minimum requirements:

• LLB & Admitted Attorney
• 35 years post-admission experience in legal collections / recoveries
• Exposure to secured lending litigation (advantageous)
• Experience in high-volume litigation environments
• 23 years post-admission team management experience
• Strong Excel skills (essential) including Pivot Tables, reporting and data analysis
• Experience within VAF (Vehicle Asset Finance) recoveries essential
• Home Loans recoveries experience essential
• Credit Card recoveries experience essential
• Business Loan recoveries experience advantageous
• Foreclosure experience advantageous
