Job Description
A leading Legal 500 firm is seeking to appoint a Litigation Solicitor to join as an Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor (5+ PQE) within their Commercial and General Civil Litigation team. The firm offers hybrid working, tailored career progression plans, and a range of additional incentives.
This Litigation Solicitor role offers the opportunity to work on complex and varied disputes within a well‑established, friendly and growing team involved in nationally reported cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial and general civil litigation matters, including shareholder and company disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, PI, negligence, and property litigation.
- Draft, prepare and organise witness statements, pleadings and trial bundles.
- Conduct advocacy in the County Court and High Court where appropriate.
