Live-Out Estate Manager – Devon

Salary: c.£70k GPA

Monday to Friday (flexibility required when principals are in residence)

8:30am – 5:30pm (adjusted hours when clients are on-site)

A rare and wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Manager to take the helm of a stunning private 60-acre estate in Devon. We are looking for a highly capable, hands‑on individual to oversee the smooth running of both the house and grounds, ensuring everything is always maintained to an exceptional standard.

This is a true estate management role – you will be as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are coordinating contractors and managing a small team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working on a private estate and will understand the nuances, discretion and dedication that come with the territory.
