Live-Out Mother's Help (Dubai-Based With Travel)

We are seeking a discreet, adaptable and highly reliable Mother's Help to support a hands‑on UHNW household based primarily in Dubai, with international travel required throughout the year. This is not a traditional nanny role. The position is focused on general household support and assisting the Principals in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the home. The family is very involved in their children's care, and the successful candidate will be there to support rather than lead in an educational capacity.

The Mother’s Help will support the household in a flexible, practical capacity. The role is best suited to someone who is:

• Comfortable following instructions closely
• Happy working in a structured, family‑led environment
• Discreet, respectful of boundaries, and understands UHNW household dynamics
• Proactive but not prescriptive
• This is a support‑based role, not an educational or sole‑charge nanny position.
