Nature of Position: Based at our Brandon, CO Feed mill, this position will be responsible for all day-to-day supervisory responsibilities. We provide a structured developmental position designed to build a successful leader within our feed milling operations. The incumbent will receive comprehensive, hands-on training across core functional areas such as production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, safety, performance management, cost control and compliance requirements. Training will be provided across multiple facilities to provide broad operational exposure and a well-rounded understanding of the organization's processes and standards.
