Scopely is looking for a Live Operations Configuration Manager to join the Scrabble team in Barcelona!
What You Will Do
- Live Operations Execution: Support the planning and oversee the execution, and optimization of in-game events, seasonal content, and time-limited offers.
- Real-Time Issue Management: Monitor live events, identify issues, and lead rapid troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and player disruptions.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine LiveOps workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance response times.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze event performance data, player engagement trends, and revenue impact to continuously improve LiveOps execution.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Identify opportunities for new event formats, engagement tactics, and LiveOps innovations to enhance the player experience.
