Liver Transplant Care Navigator

Singapore General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transplant Coordinator to manage pre-and post-liver transplant patients. Responsibilities include coordinating evaluations, managing patients on the National Waiting List, and providing education and counselling to patients and families.
