LLP - Operations Lead

This role is responsible for operationally leading and coordinating a group of Network Operators (Logistics Operators), enabling daily execution of transport to/from plants, vendors, suppliers, and end‑customers, achieving highest standards and meeting agreed KPIs (Time‑Window Performance, Vehicle Utilization, and Total Logistics Cost Management).

Also responsible for leading the testing of the complete solution before implementation, ensuring all LLP systems are aligned with the Business Requirements Document.

Main Accountabilities

• Responsible for daily transportation (multimodal transportation – mainly road transportation) capacity booking with carriers and full end‑to‑end responsibility of the Inbound and Outbound Network.
