Loan Completion Specialist mid shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manage application and completions pipeline accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with conveyancers, surveyors, brokers, and partners via phone and email
• Conduct AML and identity checks to high standards
• Authenticate Certificates of Title and completion documents for compliance
• Review processes to improve productivity and automation
• Perform other tasks as needed to support business goals

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mortgage process, especially completions
• Experience in reviewing completion documents and managing conveyancing queries
• Familiarity with credit reporting, property survey, Land Registry, and anti-fraud tools
