Profile Requirements:
- Min 1.5 years of loan processing experience within a mortgage brokerage environment.
- Experience with Broker Engine and Flex (AFG) is essential.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial lending processes, policies, and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with high accuracy and accountability.
Core responsibilities:
- Loan Application Throughput – Complete a minimum of 1 full loan file per 4-hour block (target of 8 per week).
- File Quality – Ensure each loan file is broker-ready and compliance-ready, including verified client documents, serviceability and policy checks, and submission to the correct lender.
