LOAN SPECIALIST (COMMERCIAL)

Summary This position is located in the Michigan State USDA/Rural Development (RD Office. The incumbent has responsibility for providing State-wide leadership, guidance and review in Community and/or Business Programs for the making and servicing of loans and grants for community facilities, public utilities, and/or businesses. This vacancy announcement is open to current Rural Development Employees only. Responsibilities As a technical expert, the incumbent is delegated responsibility for the development, management, coordination and administration of an assigned loan and grant program portfolio(s). Conducts evaluation reviews of State-wide performance to determine the effectiveness of the Community and/or Business Programs services.
