Summary This position is located in a State or Area Office (Nebraska, Utah, and Wisconsin) in USDA/Rural Development (RD).The incumbent has responsibility for providing State-wide leadership, guidance and review in Community and/or Business Programs for the making and servicing of loans and grants for community facilities, public utilities, and/or businesses. Three (3) vacancies one in each of the states listed above. This vacancy announcement is open to current Rural Development Employees only. Responsibilities As a technical expert, the incumbent is delegated responsibility for the development, management, coordination and administration of an assigned loan and grant program portfolio(s).
