Lobby Experience Host & Concierge

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will host visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service and creating memorable impressions. Your responsibilities include managing reception, coordinating meeting room bookings, and providing top-notch service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years in a hospitality role, possess excellent organizational skills, and be multilingual (preferably Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English). This is a full-time, on-site position.
