Local Seo Project Lead - Remote, Growth & Training

Job Summary
Team Function:
This focus on growing and reporting on the local organic performance of our agent websites (agents.farmers.com). They will report to the SEO Lead.
Participates as a team member to develop marketing projects, new product designs and sales promotion programs to assist the field in achieving Farmers' growth, retention and product density objectives.
Responsible for developing action plans and deadlines, assigning tasks to other individuals, tracking project status, testing, and evaluating quality assurance of products and promotions.
Directs and works on complex projects and develops results-oriented solutions for various distribution channels.
Displays a leadership role on and off projects.
Trains and leads new team members.
Utilizes expertise and skills to complete project assignments in several areas, i.e., Commissions, Agency Training, Agency Contracts, Value-Added, Field Marketing Management, etc.
