Job Description
Overview
Non-client facing role. Responsible for collaborating with client facing team members and meeting deadlines for ongoing customer deliverables.
Key Functions
- Setup of Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Setup of customer business listings and reputation management in Synup, a Zywave third party vendor
- Monthly order submission and publication of content to customer website in partnership with Zywave Content Development team
- Assist in managing legacy IWB customers website service deliverable
- Oversee initial setup and annual renewal of all levels of Zywave Website packages
- Use internal tracking system, Monday.com, to stay up to date on projects and key deliverables
- Perform residual customer website audit and ongoing website optimization/updates
