Locomotive Maintenance Planner

About the role

Pacific National is seeking a detail‑focused and proactive Locomotive Maintenance Planner to join our team at Spotswood. 

Reporting to the Manager Locomotive Contracts Maintenance, this role is responsible for the planning, coordination and optimisation of maintenance activities across our locomotive fleet. You’ll play a key part in ensuring maintenance plans are efficient, compliant and aligned to operational requirements, supporting fleet availability while minimising downtime and cost. 

Working closely with maintenance teams, reliability engineers and operations, you’ll translate asset strategies into practical, executable maintenance plans in a fast‑paced operational environment.
