The post-holder will be expected to help develop the joint fetal services within the Directorate. The post-holder will contribute to assessment and setting management plans for fetal patients diagnosed with heart disease as well as supporting the Fetal and Paediatric Cardiac Network.

The post-holder will be a member of the Fetal and Paediatric Cardiology Service of the Children's Cardio-Respiratory and Intensive Care directorate, part of the Evelina London Women and Children's Clinical Group. The post-holder will be expected to work closely with existing consultants and the multidisciplinary team to provide a clinical service of excellence for the foetuses and children with congenital or acquired heart disease.
