About the Job
Neurosurgery APP Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for an inpatient hospital-based role caring for adult patients. The position consists of three 13-hour day shifts per week (6:00 AM - 7:00 PM) with no nights or holidays .
Responsibilities include rounding with neurosurgery residents, reviewing patient care plans, evaluating patients requiring follow-up, managing orders, coordinating discharges, and providing inpatient neurosurgical care. This is a patient-care-focused role with no operating room responsibilities, as residents assist in surgical cases. Experience removing surgical drains such as Hemovac and JP drains is preferred.
