NP - Family Practice
San Dimas, California
Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5pm
18 – 22 patients per day
Float between two clinic locations
Call coverage 1 week every 8 weeks
All ages or adult only accepted
Hospital privileges required
BLS certification required
