Responsibilities

• Delivery scheduling: Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Monitor the status of deliveries and provide real-time updates to clients and internal teams. Act as the central point of contact between drivers, suppliers, and customers to streamline operations.
• Records and issue management: Maintain accurate delivery records and resolve any concerns or discrepancies quickly and professionally. Ensure all logistics activities follow company policies and government transportation regulations.
