Logistic and Safety Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, identifying hazards and reporting unsafe conditions or behaviors.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all staff.
• Support the development and delivery of safety training and toolbox talks.
• Assist in accident/incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Act as a Fire Marshal and First Responder in case of emergencies.
• Ensure emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits are accessible and in working condition.
• Participate in risk assessments and help implement corrective actions.
• Encourage safety awareness and compliance through communication and example.
• Work closely with the Health and Safety team to maintain regulatory compliance
