Logistic Jr. Lead

We're looking for Logistic Jr. Lead who is responsible for ensuring smooth daily logistics operations, including routing plans, shipment monitoring, cost control, and team management both in the office and in the field. This role also involves managing 3PL partners, conducting cost-saving initiatives based on operational data, and driving efficiency across logistics activities. The Logistic Jr. Lead is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
