Overview
Logistician - Contract position in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Develop an efficient and reliable logistic system
- Plan and execute delivery schedules
- Ensure timely deliveries of goods
- Monitor stock levels
- Analyze data to optimize logistics processes
- Maintain accurate records and invoices
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other service providers
- Troubleshoot issues related to the supply chain process
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, transport companies, and other stakeholders involved in the supply chain
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics role
- Familiarity with supply chain management and related software programs
- Knowledge of shipping regulations (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
