Logistics Analyst (Logistics Claim Specialist)

**Position Overview**

The Logistics Claims Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process for damaged or lost finished goods vehicles during transportation. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems to ensure timely claim resolution and cost recovery.

**Key Responsibilities**

Claims Investigation & Documentation

+ **Monitor warranty claims from dealers through Squid Power BI reports, filtering for logistics-related failures (MPL responsibility code, carrier handling failures)**
+ **Investigate total loss and missing unit incidents reported by outbound logistics**
