Job Title: Logistics assistant (Customer service) (ID3589)

Location: Changi

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm ,Sat 8:30am-12:30pm (every Sat is WFH)

Salary: $2800-$3300

• Attend to customer enquiries and ensure accurate capture of job requirements for all orders.
• Maintain good working relationship with customers.
• Advise customers on delivery schedules and inventory‑related matters.
• Communicate customer requirements to the Traffic Controller to ensure smooth job execution.
• Create trucking jobs and monitor their progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Source potential hauliers to facilitate the efficient reuse of import containers.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and any delays.
• Provide after‑hours support for customer enquiries when required.
