Job Description
Job Title: Logistics Associate
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: Logistics Manager
What You'll Do
The Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting dispatch planning, overseeing bag scanning and reconciliation processes, and coordinating with riders and van drivers to ensure efficient and accurate logistics operations.
- Scan inbound and outbound bags to ensure accurate tracking and system updates
- Prepare orders for dispatch in line with operational schedules
- Coordinate rider arrivals and support efficient loading processes
- Verify order reconciliation prior to handover to delivery teams
- Track, update, and log delivery statuses to ensure real-time visibility
- Support the handling and resolution of failed deliveries, including reattempt coordination
