- Plan and schedule bulk and packaged product deliveries in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner in line with service requirements
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve scheduling accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements (EA) and scheduling requirements
- Work closely with Customer Service Centre (CSC) teams and operational sites to support delivery outcomes
- Provide scheduling coverage and maintain continuity during team absences
- You will identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to enhance business performance
- Work shifts as required to support business and time zone requirements
