Logistics Coordinator Road Operations

The primary purpose of this is to facilitate the drivers and helpers in their daily activities; ensure accurate and timely asset scheduling and routing; driver activity management; maintain procedural conformance and operational integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the day-to-day Transport Operations in terms of scheduling routing and driver activity management so as to ensure that resources are utilized in the most efficient and optimal manner.
2. Preparing the scheduling and routing of assets to ensure accuracy and timeliness thereby ensuring contractual obligations (customer and departmental SLAs) are met.
3. Preparing KPIs and reports accurately within process timeframes.
4. Ensuring compliance to all operational procedures policies and practices.
