- Receive emails and process orders from WMS
- Correspond with customers regarding incoming shipment, good returns and order related issues.
- Assist in stock take reconciliation.
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure orders are packed on time and as per customer's requirements.
- Working hours 8am - 5pm. 5 Work Week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Minimum Diploma levels with credit in English and Math
- Minimum 1 year experience in order processing or in logistics company
