Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create import & export jobs in system till Billing and file closure
- Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
- Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement
- Handle import & export custom permit
- Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling
- Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader
- Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent
- Support Sales for quotation
- Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
- 5.5 working days
- Working Location : Singapore
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office
- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude
- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment
- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks
