Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse activities, adhering to established procedures for timely execution.
- Prepare comprehensive import and export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Source and negotiate freight rates with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and third‑party logistics providers.
- Manage shipment bookings and actively monitor shipment status to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Handle permit declarations for import/export shipments efficiently.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth execution of shipments.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update inventory records for incoming and outgoing cargo.
- Assist in conducting cycle counts and stock checks to uphold accuracy.
