Logistics & Delivery Coordinator

About us

We are a small, friendly SME looking for someone with warehouse experience who is also comfortable driving and handling physical deliveries. Main Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management

• Maintain healthy stock levels to meet demand
• Conduct monthly stock checks and annual stock takes for accurate records
• Track all inventory movements: receipts, releases, transfer

2. Delivery Operations

• Deliver and collect goods - approx. 50% of the role
• Handle machine deliveries up to 150kg safely
• Ensure all delivery paperwork complies with rules and SOPs

3. Warehouse & Compliance Support

• Support receiving, stock-in, and stock-out activities
• Keep inventory neatly organized and separated byproduct type
• Assist with audits: prepare reports, explain variances, keep files updated
