Job Responsibilities:
- Perform pickup and delivery of high-precision goods within Penang and the surrounding region, ensuring absolute cargo safety and confidentiality during transportation.
- Plan the optimal route in advance based on dispatch instructions, and strictly adhere to the time windows committed to clients to guarantee service punctuality.
- Conduct routine safety checks and maintenance before, during, and after each trip. Keep the vehicle clean and in excellent operating condition at all times.
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, assist them in verifying the package count and external condition, and ensure the completion and return of electronic or paper Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Record and report any exceptions encountered during transit (e.g., traffic controls, vehicle breakdowns, last-minute client changes) and promptly communicate with the dispatch or customer service team.
