Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Check and respond to email enquiries.
- Print shipment documents and monitor shipment status.
- Check and arrange deliveries and offland items.
- Liaise with customers, agents, vendors, shipping lines, and transport providers for loading, delivery, and collection to and from vessels.
- Communicate with English- and Chinese-speaking customers, agents, and vendors via email and phone regarding shipment arrangements and operational matters.
- Arrange airfreight and seafreight clearance.
- Coordinate the transfer of airport cargo to the main warehouse or arrange direct delivery to vessels.
- Prepare and submit permits, DSA, ESSN, and ESN declarations.
- Update the Logistics Management System (LMS) for job orders.
- Maintain and update email offland and stock lists.
- Coordinate with drivers and storekeepers to ensure smooth daily logistics operations.
